Well, FunPublications agrees. Sorta. http://www.cobracon.com/ Also, the "Cobra taking over" idea is hilarious. So I'm likely to check this out by way of general admission. Might try to snag the Destro Book, because that thing's awesome. It's no "Tart Brigade", but it's awesome. The way I found out about this last-minute was kinda funny, too. I'd posted on facebook about how much I loved the movie, and one of my friends replied "So, are you going to the convention?" Still think it's funny that this thing's happening right down the street. I'd hoped it might happen for the robots, but this'll do mighty nicely. I'm also kinda chagrined that the "Kansas City Fun and Entertainment" link isn't a map to my place, but whatcha gonna do, right? Joe Con. Cobra invaded it 'cause they're sneaky like that. And yeah, dude, it's on all weekend from what I understand. So stop by and check it out. I'll likely be around there on Saturday or maybe Sunday, haven't decided. But if you make it up there and see some big baldheaded goofball runnin' around yelling "Hail, Mighty Cobra!" or trying to get a picture with a Dr. Mindbender cosplayer, that's probably me.
