Check it out, no matter how much you like or dislike a writer who worked on Gi Joe, its still cool to see they are a Joe fan just like me or you! :)

It was very cool to read about his experiences with gijoe as a child.

Oh, absolutely. And you know, that comes from playing with the toys. When I would play G.I. Joe as a kid, I actually had continuity in my stories. What a shock, right? I would seriously keep mission rosters and notes about who was injured or even killed in the line of duty. If Cobra managed to seize control of a territory, that element would be picked up on the next time I played.

My toy-based adventures were day-long affairs


I think we all had day long battles. Awesome! :rock:

Not a bad article. I disagree about the writer's take on the actor's work though. Quaid did the worst job. But, considering the script, he did as well as could be expected. (It was just a case of the other actors doing amazing work. Eccleston and Levitt were amazing. The former delivered what was possible the worst line of this decade....and made it work.)

And, the movie gave a moribund franchise a fighting chance. I have to give it that.
